I really appreciate the time taken to listen to me as a parent and my experience of what the issues are, and what is already working in helping my child, and use that as a starting point for further advice and support. When I initially highlighted the issues I was so worried I would be told I was making a fuss over nothing, and it was so reassuring to be heard and understood. I really appreciate the effort teachers & TAs have put in to understand my child & provide the understanding & support they need - it has made such a massive difference over the past few years, I hate to think where we'd be now without it.
Our office is staffed from 7.45am to 4.00pm from Monday to Friday during term time.
