Internet Safety

If you have any questions about staying safe online there are lots of people you can talk to. You can speak to our Digital Leader, Mr Hodgkin (Year 2 teacher and Computing Lead), your class teacher or any other adult in school. The most important thing is, if you are worried about your safety, or the dafety of one of your friends, speak with a trusted adult.

Remember, internet safety is about being SMART!

S - Stay Safe! Don't give out your personal information to people you don't know.

M - Don't Meet Up! Meeting up with someone you've only known online can be dangerous.

A - Accepting Photographs and Messages! Accepting photographs and messages from someone you don't know can cause problems.

RReliable? Check information before you believe it. Are you being told the truth?

T - Tell Someone! Always tell a trusted adult if something makes you feel worried, uncomfortable or unsafe.
